Chris Gober is a 7th-generation Texan, a proud member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 2001, and a devoted husband and father raising two daughters in Austin. Born and raised in the rural Texas towns of Throckmorton and Graham, Chris learned early the timeless conservative values of Christian faith, family, and hard work—principles that continue to guide his life and service today. He is one of us—rooted in Texas, shaped by small-town values, and determined to defend the freedom, faith, and frontier grit that built Texas and will keep America free.
After graduating from Texas A&M and Harvard Law School, Chris worked on national security and border security issues at the Justice Department before serving as a top lawyer for the Republican Party. He moved back to Texas and built the nation’s top conservative law practice, consistently winning for conservatives in the toughest legal and political battles of our time. In 2024, Chris led Elon Musk’s America PAC as its director and chief lawyer, deploying nearly $300 million to help ensure President Trump defeated Kamala Harris and returned to the White House.
When Lois Lerner and her cronies targeted conservative organizations, Chris took them to court and won a historic victory, striking down the IRS’s rules as unconstitutional. And when control of Congress was at stake in 2025, Chris helped deliver a redistricting plan that secured five new Republican seats in the U.S. House of Representatives. Chris also played an instrumental role in helping establish the America First Policy Institute, ensuring President Trump's vision has the policy foundation to last for generations. Time and time again, Chris has proven himself to be a fighter who wins and delivers results for President Trump.
Chris isn’t just a brawler in the courtroom—he’s a proven conservative businessman who built his companies from the ground up with $10,000 of savings. What began as an ambitious idea to build the nation’s top conservative law practice has grown exponentially into a thriving enterprise that now employs more than 50 people across 17 states. His businesses have been honored three times on the Aggie 100 list of the fastest-growing Aggie-owned companies, a testament to his commitment to hard work, entrepreneurship, and Texas values.
